Over the past five years, I've facilitated more than 250 sessions of this futures game across the globe—from classrooms to community centers, from youth workshops to corporate boardrooms. And in that time, I've witnessed something profound: when we create space for diverse voices to co-create alternative futures, we're not just planning for tomorrow—we're transforming who gets to shape it.

The Center for Engaged Foresight, together with partners in the Futurists Circle, is proud to announce the release of the Mandarin Edition of the Dreams & Disruptions Game is now available in the Philippines. This milestone expands access to one of futures studies widely used foresight games for classrooms, communities, and policy labs.

Games are platform for testing new ideas, upcoming technologies, and cultural beliefs serving as a gateway to tomorrow's possibilities.

We recently had an exciting session on Dreams and Disruptions Game at the Foresight Europe Network Demo Hour.

The game employs an innovative method integrating aspirational futures (dreams) and potential crises (disruptions).

During the initial Community Meet, I was honored to attend the gathering hosted by the Journal of Futures Studies Community of Practice.

Set in 2034, a preferred future scenario unfolds, featuring driving forces of change such as deepfakes, sentient AI, and mental health.
